Your stories are so great to read. I am meditating 10 minutes daily since half a year. The last days I experienced to increase my time, I can‘t explain it but I feel like I need/want it. Great to read about your 20 minutes, which inspired me to go with is as well! Thanks for the great words.

I started with even less than 10 minutes, and then my session naturally began to go on for longer. Just like you said, your mind and body know what they need so it’s a natural process. Trust your instinct:)
